Classes

​Mat

During a pilates mat class you are using your own body weight as resistance.  We offer a physioball class during which we use a balanced ball. Challenging and fun, all core.  Also offer pilates with props which provides you with a bit more stability and allows you to challenge your body as you get stronger.  We use magic circles, rollers, smaller balls and thera band straps. 

​Reformer

With a reformer you are using a machine that has springs that will create resistance. We work with straps in your hands or using your feet.  Always lengthening and aligning your body.  We also add props as you become stronger.  All of the classes address posture and alignment. Your posture will improve and you might even walk out an inch taller for a short while.  

Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Springboard

A cadillac is mostly used for private sessions. Using springs and push through bars to stretch and lengthen your back and more. The wunda chair uses spring resistance as well and can be used while sitting or standing.  

The springboard is a system during which you can work standing or lying supine on a mat.  The chair and springboard are sometimes used during an apparatus class along with the reformer or for classes on their own.
